If your dog doesn't respond to a topper, we'll make it right. Request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order of a product and we'll refund the purchase price of that product.

• Window: 30 days from delivery.
• Condition: Applies to your first order of a given product; you may keep or dispose of the remaining product — no return shipment is required unless we request one.
• How to request: Email our support team from the contact page with your order number and we'll process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

• Skip an upcoming delivery to push it to the next cycle.

• Cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and charges.

Shipping

Orders on the India store ship in INR-priced fulfillment. Shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout; otherwise a flat shipping fee applies. Delivery times are estimates. If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
