Ordering

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount charged.

Pricing & currency

Prices on the India store are shown and charged in INR. Each market displays only its own prices and labels. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Subscriptions & automatic renewal

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us and our subscription provider to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown when you subscribe (for example, every 4 weeks), and to ship the corresponding order each cycle.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can skip, pause, change frequency, swap products, or cancel at any time from your account, with no cancellation fee. Changes take effect for future orders; a shipment already processed cannot be recalled but may be covered by our money-back guarantee. We will send a reminder before each renewal where required by law.

About our products

Bhumi & Fang toppers are wellness supplements intended to support everyday health — they are not veterinary treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Introduce new supplements gradually and consult your veterinarian before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a health condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhumi & Fang is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or AI assistant. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
